Located in the heart of downtown Cleveland, this mixed use center houses 4 high rise office buildings as well as a retail shopping center.

Over 80% of Cleveland's public bus lines terminated directly in front of Tower City. It is also a major hub for Cleveland's regional rail lines, linking the center directly to Cleveland's Hopkins International Airport the lakefront and eastern and western suburbs.

The Center is connected via a pedestrian walkway to Quicken Loans Arena, home of the Cleveland Cavaliers and Progressive Field, home of the Cleveland Indians.

Terminal Tower

The striking profile of the Terminal Tower dominates the Cleveland Skyline. Because of its height-708 feet- the Tower is visible from virtually all areas of the city.

When the Tower opened in 1928, it instantly became Cleveland's centerpiece and most recognizable marker, marble, granite, cherry wood and fine wall coverings are prevalent throughout the public space.

2005 marked the beginnings of the $20 million ''makeover'' to the exterior of the building. Meticulous detail was taken to preserve and recreate the Towers original features.
