Downtown Digs
Is it any wonder Downtown Cleveland is the fastest
growing neighborhood in town, more than doubling in the last 5
years? Today, nearly 10,000 people call Downtown Cleveland home,
including reverse commuters who work in the suburbs. And the word
about Cleveland is spreading. 86% of people moving downtown come
from outside the City, and 51% came from outside Cuyahoga
County.
With new projects like The Avenue District and 668
Euclid, Downtown's population will continue to grow at a healthy
pace. With other projects still waiting to begin construction,
downtown is looking to ad over 1500 additional housing units over
the next 5 years!
